
In a colorful celebration of academic excellence and moral values, Noble Paths Academy Jalingo has successfully held its maiden Speech and Prize Giving Day, marking a significant milestone in the school’s growing legacy.
The event, held at Fast-Track Hotel, Jalingo, brought together a vibrant gathering of dignitaries, parents, teachers, educationists, traditional rulers, and well-wishers from within and outside Taraba State.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as pupils showcased their talents through poetry, drama, Quranic recitation, and cultural displays—drawing loud cheers and admiration from the audience.
In his keynote address, the Proprietor of the school, Alhaji (Dr.) Muhammad Murtala Sale, Santurakin Ibbi, underscored the critical role of education in building a progressive and enlightened society. He described education as the most powerful tool to shape a better future for the younger generation and called on parents and guardians to prioritize sending their children to school.
“We must take responsibility for the education of our children. It is the best investment any parent can make,” Alhaji Sale stated.
He further commended the school’s teachers and management team for their commitment and sacrifice. Looking ahead, Alhaji Sale revealed that plans are already underway to expand Noble Paths Academy into a full-fledged secondary school, with the vision of transforming it into a university in the future.
The event was chaired by Dr. Ahmad Baba Muhammad, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) of Taraba State University, Jalingo, who praised the foresight and determination of the school’s leadership.
“Noble Paths Academy is not just a school; it is a platform for instilling knowledge, faith, and excellence in our children,” he noted.
“The foundation you are laying here is vital to the future of our community and nation.”
He urged parents to key into the school’s philosophy and ensure their children benefit from both academic and moral upbringing.
The Director and Chief Consultant of the school, Hajiya Maryam Sadiq Adeniran, could not hide her joy as she described the event as the fulfillment of a long-cherished dream.
“This event is more than just a ceremony; it is the celebration of a vision becoming reality. I appreciate the selfless efforts of both teaching and non-teaching staff who have made this possible,” she said.
In his fatherly remarks, the Galadiman Muri and District Head of Jalingo, who served as the Father of the Occasion, expressed delight at the impressive performances of the pupils. He commended the school for upholding both Islamic and Western education and prayed for its continued growth.

“I am deeply touched by what I have seen today. This school is indeed a blessing to Jalingo and Taraba State as a whole,” the royal father said.
The Chairman of the School’s Governing Council, Alhaji Sanusi Sa’ad, who delivered the vote of thanks, expressed gratitude to all guests for honoring the invitation. He urged parents to support their children’s education in both religious and secular spheres to prepare them for a balanced and successful life.

The event also witnessed the presentation of awards to outstanding students and teachers, a reaffirmation of the school’s mission to build a generation grounded in knowledge, faith, and excellence, and a renewed commitment to educational development in Taraba State.
